Cold Water Soluble Nonwoven Fabric(Cold Water Soluble Paper) is mainly used for Top-grade Underwear, Model Clothes and some Special Fabrics. It meets the needs of all kinds of Embroidery crafts as well. With the well flexibility and tensile strength, it keeps embroidery the same after attached to the bottom of embroidery.
